Welcome to the Quail Ridge common area picnic shelter reservations page

In the summer of 2010, the Quail Ridge community completed the initial phase of construction on a picnic shelter and playground "jungle gym" on the common grounds at the end of Nestling Lane. 

In October of 2011, electricity was installed.  Activities at the shelter can now have access to electricity by bringing a 50-75 foot extension cord to tap into our electrical pole mounted close to the cul de sac.  We hope to eventually have the electical outlets mounted next to the shelter.

In March 2016, the jungle gym was upgraded to a more durable commercial-grade unit. 

Future phases may provide for landscaping, running water and/or rain gutters on the picnic shelter.  

This web page records dates for which residents of the community have made reservations. To book the shelter for an event, please provide your name, the nature and hours of the event in an email to reservations@qrhoa.com. 

There are just a few common sense rules for using the shelter, play area and common grounds.

·    Common area is for use only by Quail Ridge residents and accompanied guests

·    Shelter hours are dawn to dusk (unless with prior approval)

·    If you brought it here, then take it home

         -- Please clean up after use, including trash removal

         -- Remind your kids' to take their toys home

·    No dumping of brush or dead trees in fire pit or woods
